The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth. This role requires a deep understanding of the photovoltaic industry and the ability to navigate the Italian market effectively.

  • Define, present and defend business strategy for the entire market
  • Build strong relationship with the key players on the market
  • Represent SOLSOL on the market via professional associations
  • Participate on the marketing strategy for the entire market

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities and understand market trends in the specific country.
  • Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to grow the company's market presence in the specific country.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Sales Strategy: Formulate and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with local regulations and industry standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, technical, and operations teams to align strategies and achieve business goals.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on business development activities, market trends, and performance metrics.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience or ability to act as a Business Developer in the photovoltaic or renewable energy industry. 
  • Strong understanding of the given market and regulatory environment. 
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in local language and English.
  • Ability to work and report in Office365 environment fluently (MS Excel).
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Valid driver’s license.
